PMDG 737 freezes when gear up

Recommended Posts

Hello!

When i retract my gear on my PMDG 737NG, the left PFD freezes, and the gear won't go up.

Who knows what is happening here?

Thank you!

No clue.... only the left PFD freezes but the aircraft continues to fly and the simulated world keeps turning? What happens when you put the gear handle back down?

Then is everything getting back to normal.... I can only fly with gear down.

While I also don‘t like hobby sheriffs the rule is there for a reason.. and everyone having to do it the same way -I can call myself Bruce Wayne as a nickname - it guarantees that this (anti piracy) rule doesn‘t evolve into a game, where I can hide or set my name and still tell people that it is there. Upload a picture signed with the name, a link to a website showing the name and so on... It has to be under the posting, as long as pmdg doesn‘t tell otherwise. Forum police or not...

Before you start jumping on people for bringing up the rules, I should point out two things. The first is that his username may be his full name, but PMDG wants it either at the end of the post or in a signature block, much like how you have it. The second is that Kyle himself has said that he doesn't have a problem with other people bringing up the rules because that saves him the time from having to do it himself, time he could be spending doing other development related things.

I asked, "only the left PFD freezes but the aircraft continues to fly and the simulated world keeps turning?" to try to visualize the problem you are having. I hope to establish if the entire platform (FSX or P3D?) freezes or just part of the simulation (PFD).  I don't have a clue what your problem is yet, please be more concise.

How do you control the gear (G keycommand or mapped to a controller button)? Is this the 2D panel or the VC Cockpit?  Are you using any camera addon?   So little information provided means we have to play this guess what I am holding game.
