OOM with low VAS?

A simple reinstall seems to have solved the problem. I guess I just had a bad a file somewhere that was causing this rather strange problem. I will report back if anything changes. Thanks for your help and suggestions everyone!

No, you just didn't restore the sim to the same state it was before.
