Cheers -E Thank you, I guess it’s always easy to read things the wrong way when we don’t “hear” the tone or the way it’s said. Your right about there forums it’s so hard to find anything about what’s going on with development. February 4, 20188 yr Author Dave was asking FSL if he could show the current version yesterday or today. Dave also said something about another steamer streaming it but I did not catch the name. Keep an eye out today to see if anyone is steaming we might get lucky and they can even talk fully about it. But BB has said a few times that it’s far better now. But you cannot ask him why or anything that will brake his agreement. Watch one of his current streams, the FSL looks very smooth. Anyway hopefully soon we can all see for ourselves the performance that Andrew and the team have come up with. David Murden. February 4, 20188 yr Author Wriggles89 I think of the top of my head the spelling might be wrong. If we get really really lucky today we might even get Andrew on with someone. David Murden. February 4, 20188 yr There's a thread over in the FSL forums where a few of the guys are hinting at icing effects in the next version. Hence why they have spent a huge amount of time on it. Glad you have it running smoothly it's a wonderful aircraft. Performance is OK-ish.....there are several other issues in regards to many complains on AP disconnect at FL50 on many approaches...I believe issues are non VECTOR approaches, but that's me. Graphic needs to be fixed, sound....Other than that I like it, FPS for me are slightly lower but doesn't bother me much....everything on the ground with heavy traffic around 25-ish is ok. P.S. and customer service needs to be fixed as well....I find more help on AVSIM forum than there. Alex

This update, then it looks like the A319(unless it comes at the same time?), then there rolling back all they can into FSX all be it what a 32bit sim can handle. The beta testers have had the 319 a few weeks. A mate of mine has it. Alas if its proformance that's amazing news
February 5, 20188 yr I wish FSL would come up with a more modern way to release updates. Andrew from their forum said the sound issue was fixed on 18NOV17... that is coming up to 3 months ago. Captain Sim has released two Hot Fixes for their 757 since it was released... in January. I love the A320 but I am not enamoured with the after sales service given how much it has cost me (and I am not exactly poor). Cheers, Mark
February 5, 20188 yr They mentioned they are working on an update manager similar to what PMDG has to bring small updates out quicker.
February 5, 20188 yr i hope they fix the performance. If it gets close to NG/747 levels then that would be fine for me, i am running the 747 with 25 fps worst case scenario, the A320 in the same situation gives me at least 10 fps less, which makes it basically unflyable in approaches. I bought it for V3 back in the days, and strangely enough, it ran quite good for me on v3, it is only on v4.1 where i have the issues, and my settings are really moderate (most of the times sliders in the middle or sometimes even one below that) regards, Alexander Marx
