Problem with the latest update 777 PMDG

Since i installed the latest update for the 777 PMDG, each time that i am putting the roue in FMC, when i give enter to activate the route  or before some times, the screen of FSX simply goes off.

I have tried uninstalling and reisntalling the 777 severals times, also i gave format  mi pc but the problems goes on.

I will thank your help with thsis issue, becouse simply i can not use the 777 PMDG since i installed the latest update.

I am using windows 7 and Microsoft flight simulator with acceleration pack.

Hopefully this has taught you that uninstalls/reinstalls and reformats should be the absolute last options. It rarely solves anything, and simply wastes time.

The routes you're loading...are they from PMDG or some other program/site?

The routes that i have been  loading since, i got it from simbrief  or other site  and i put it manually in FMC.

And if it is useful, i have not problem with the 747 FMC loading routes that way.

So they're 3rd party routes.

What happens when you manually enter the route, and then save one that way?

I mean manually (entering the route point by point), the FSX screen gives the message serius error and after FSX get off .

What's in the error log?

Start Menu > type "view all problem" and select View All Problem Reports > find FSX in the list > copy/paste here
