Cinematic mode so far away

Recommended Posts

My cinematic mode is so far away that the aircraft so tiny. I recall that like half a year ago it was still normal (Yes I have got this problem for a long time now and decided finally to seek help). How could I fix this? Cinematic mode zoom offset does not work either (or atleast it doesn't do anything for me)

Mine is the same way, the plane it looks like it’s 500 million miles away, exactly like your shot above.

It never used to be like this

That plane must be GIGANTIC to be seen at that size from 500 million miles away!!!

 You know what I mean.

I was told a billion times not to exaggerate.

Seriously I’ll try to post shots later, it really is very far away.

Mine is set to 1.4, looks fine.

P3Dv4.1 - experimental version...

I'm finally having a chance to fly now.  Mine zooms out till the plane is a tiny speck.  Mostly when in forward or rearward looking views.

What is this 1.4 setting and where can I find it?  What does it do?

Hi,

These are my settings:

Below there are two more settings (not visible on this screen capture): "Control override Speed: 1.51" and "Control override Inertia: 1.09".

Just play with these settings, but in your case (from what i read about your problems) is the "Zoom offset".  Make sure you get a positive setting.  For me 1.4 is nice, if i set it to 5 (max setting) i can see the pilots eyes:cool: .
