I have this window upon starting the Sim.....is it something automatically dis-activated or it is related just to my simulator?

How can I solve this zoom problem from my Top- Down view?

The - + is not working great and the most I could reach, zooming in, was around 15

FSX(SP2) 

0.4.190 Exp

W10 64 bit  16G

Can you generate a Report file from the Preferences after observing the issue and send it to us at the address mentioned at the top of the file?
