FO doesn't close the door

Hi,

My FO doesn't close the door. He says that we have the door lights on. Then no actions take. Any ideas? Thanks. 

FO's FMC is on, FS2CREW CONTROLS DOORS set to YES, version 3.1. Win 10.

Is the answer automatic door closing will be triggered by pre-flight event?

You need to run the Pre Flight events.
