Please be aware that a minor issue with the installer has surfaced. Consequently, the download is unavailable for a couple of hours. Patience shall have its reward.

Downloaded and installed without any issue on my system (v4.2).

Performance is smooth! There were indeed performance updates.

Tried to find purchase option for v4.2 but could not find it. Do I first have to buy the 4.1 version and then upgrade?

Will wait for one of you guys to give a thorough test :-)

Had no issues downloading before they locked the downloads because of the reported installer issue, have no idea on the issue.

Installed fine i.e. uninstalled previous version, installed the new installer and spotlights updated version, started SIM and everything loaded ok, including old liveries. There was however an optimisation dialog during the initial install that recommended turning off my affinity setting for best performance, which  I did. 

My thoughts so far, seems to be  smoother, massive sound improvements and appears to load a lot faster (placebo?). No other checks as yet.
