The latest version of FTX Central supports P3Dv4.2 - you may still need to opt in to the OrbX "Fastlane" test channel.

I did opted for fastlane channel yesterday.

You're in.  That page should now have an "opt-out" option instead of "opt-in".  The next time you run FTX-central, it will have an update notice in the lower left and that will get you the latest beta version.
