Report: EKCH-CYYZ with P3D V4.2

Recommended Posts

I just executed a trip from EKCH (Copenhagen) to CYYZ (Toronto) with the PMDG 747-400 QOTS II under P3D V4.2. The flight took 08:40 hrs.

With this post I only want to report that all was working great and smooth with no errors or stuttering.

Addons used:

+PMDG 747-400 QOTS II (GE engines)

+FS2Crew for the PMDG 747 (Button version SOP1)

+Active Sky for P3D V4

+Ultimate Traffic Live V1.30

+Ground Service X

+FSUIPC 5.122a

+Ezdoc 2.6.0.29

+ Remote CDU

+ PFPX (running in the background showing traffic and position.

Scenery:

+FTX Global base

+Fly Tampa EKCH

+P3D V4.2 default CYYZ

It‘s wonderful, all airplanes I have perform absolutely great in 4.2... no stutters, no lags... only nightflights induce short stutters when a larger area of orbx lights has to be loaded but I suppose that‘s due to my 4GB VRAM... it was a great update and now I fully understand why PMDG defended their decision to only support dynamic lighting. It‘s simply stunning since it has been fixed by LM.. :)

oh and thx for the hint that UT live is at 1.3 now... as it doesn‘t have any notifications...
