I want the 737 RADIO GAUGE....where is it?

Recommended Posts

I am in need of the FSX 737 Radio panel (gauge).  I'm getting a black panel when I hit Shift +_2.   I have my FSX disks, and I just need to know what CAB (?) file it is so that I can reload it.   Everything else seems good, except the Radio panel.  Please let me know the easiest way to re-install this important gauge.

The FSX B738 actually uses the old FS9 .gau for the radios. Located in the gauges folder. (gauges\737-400.gau)
The panel.cfg calls are -

gauge00=737-400!Comm 1,         0,   0,159, 68
gauge01=737-400!Comm 2,         0,  68,159, 68
gauge02=737-400!Nav 1,             0, 135,159, 68
gauge03=737-400!Nav 2,             0, 203,159, 68
gauge04=737-400!Transponder,     0, 271,159, 68
gauge05=737-400!ADF,             0, 340,159, 68
gauge06=737-400!Audio,             0, 409,159, 32

I also found a gauge in the Gauges folder called 737-400.radio-stack.gau

Stan - If you have the FSX disks, did you try to run the repair off the "Disk 1?" It may pick it up for you? Just a suggestion, might be worth a try?

After much research, and help from you simmers, I FOUND THE RIGHT GAUGES TO MAKE MY RADIO STACK APPEAR:

  • 737-400.dll
  • Bendix_King_Radio.dll
  • BoeingGeneric.dll

After putting these into the gauge folder.....I got RADIOS!

Thanks.
