Operations Center

Recommended Posts

When I open the Operations center I get Notification to update .....when I click Install update Ok.....some files are downloaded and the notification finishes.....however no update gets installed.

The installed version shows old version.....shutting down OC and restarting again I get the notification to install the update.....the cycle keeps on repeating

Any idea what is going wrong?

Zia

Usually the culprit is antivirus. Did you try deactivating?

What version (update) is currently in use by you. If you have an older NGX version, updates might not work. That was what happened to me awhile back

Zia,

Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.
Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

Regarding your issue you are running an old version. You need to download the new installer from your accounr, uninstall the current one and install with the new installer

That is a known issue that affects some users. It is under investigation
