Windows misting

Hello,

Any advice please. Shortly after launching in Cold and Dark state, the cockpit windows go opaque and make the exterior scenery look white. I assume this is simulated misting? the airport is Skiathos in Greece so not exactly cold outside!

I opened the two windows on the Pilot and first officer sides, but that doesn't solve the problem.

Advice please?

Windshield ANTI-FOG to ON, above the engine anti ice switches.
