Hat Switch Panning

I want to set the hat switch on my Saitek Yoke to Chaseplane but I cannot set to the 8 points only pan left/pan right are available assignments - Any suggestions?

I do see there is an issue with panning in P3d - https://prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6312&t=128468&start=30

P3D Settings:

The Look(Pan) is assigned to Hat Switch 1 
Input Method>Direct

Assign Pan Left/Right and Tilt Up/Down to accomplish what you are trying to do.

Make sure you remove the assignment from P3D to prevent conflicts.
