American & Delta classic routes

Does anyone have a reasonably complete list of the routes that American and Delta flew the MD-80's back in the heyday?  Maybe around 2000 ?  I really prefer to fly real world routes (or ones that were flown in the past) and this would be a great list to get.

have a look at this page. It´s an AAL/TWA summer-schedule 2001. Here you can see the specific ac-typ per flight.
