Well I'm certain that if that DLL is needed then it is not installed by your current installer. I can also guarantee that mv lighting service is in task manager when I use the 310 in v4.2. I can also tell you that if I rename that exe so it doesn't run then no cockpit lighting in the 310 on v4.2.   

 

Conclusion is that v4.2 is currently using mv lighting service for cockpit lights?

The MV night lighting tech works in ALL sims but it is limited to 1024 x 1024 image maps.  RealLight can use 2048x2048 maps but only in v4.  The setup is designed such that, if the RL isn't up, then the MV NL will take up the slack.

There isn't going to be one... at least, not made by us.  Perhaps others will do so.

The full list of features is on the website and it's pretty extensive.

Service pack is coming soon.  (he means it's fixed and working on HIS system).
