Help needed locating AI Aardvark B737-300 model with Animated Spoilers in File Library

Featured Replies

Hi EveryoneI have recently downloaded some textures for the AI Aardvark B737-300from the Avsim File Library. What I'm trying to do now is relocate a AI Aardvark B737-300 model which includeds animated Spoilers, I know one exists as I have had one before but lost it with a reformat. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be most helpful !Have already downloaded file aiafs9up.zip but the spoilers don't seem to animate with that. Thanks in advanceGary.............

Don't know whether spoilers are active, but only place I know that you will get the Aardvark models is herehttp://www.ai-aardvark.com/If all you have done is download a few Aardvark textures for one aeroplane, you'd better hold on to the furniture when you find out what is actually on offer from Aardvark......After you have got over that, try thishttp://www.evolveai.com

Having posted the above, I note that some of the links for the Aardvark base models seem to have been removed from the Aardvark website. This includes the 737-300.I think it's because the older Aardvark aircraft were subject to a major update in a single file.If you look at the FAQ page on the Aardvark site, there is a table at the bottom which will tell you which files to download from Avsim to get the old base models.www.ai-aardvark.com/FAQ/aardvark_FAQ.htmlThe file name for the 737-300 is aia733qa.zipYou then need to apply this fileaiafs9up.zipfrom the Avsim library for the FS2004 update.Their newer offerings e.g. B737 NG, MD90, B717 etc still show the links to their base models.Phew, for a moment we'd lost those excellent aircraft!

The FS9 update file "aiafs9up" does in fact contain 737-300 models with animated spoilers. I just checked to be certain.David R
