I loved the CRJ 700 and 900 when I would fly on business or pleasure.  The 2x2 seating and the window height were perfect for enjoying the scenery on my short commutes between Phoenix/San Diego/Santa Ana.  I hated the CRJ 200, the windows were down almost at waist level and you could barely see out if you were a tall man like me.  The Embraer Regional jets followed in the 700 and 900 footsteps and are great aircraft, among the rare jets I have not flown on yet.  Of course my last flight was on the iconic British Airways 747-400 out of Phoenix, the aircraft which I have the most affection for, with one having flown me home from DC to SFO on my way to see my fiance in Mexico in 1994.
