whats  the issue   do  what it  is  asking  you  do send  in a support ticket  in note  pmdg  requires  you to add  your  full name  to each of  your posts

Note that you will need to create a separate login for support -- different from the one you used to purchase the sim. Attach the file as instructed and you should get help quickly.
