Will PTA reinstall on my new computer if I uninstall it from my old computer

If I follow the instructions for uninstalling PTA from my old computer will I be then allowed to install it on my new computer. In other words will your server computers know that I have uninstalled from my old computer so that I will be allowed to install it on my new computer. 

At present I cannot install it on my new computer I presume because PTA is only allowed to be installed on one computer.
