Trouble with an install

Recommended Posts

I tried to install the Aerosoft CRJ into PREPARED v2. on my (E) drive. I get a pop up that reads;

Feature Transfer Error

User_FSX_AS

C\Users\My Name\Documents\Aerosoft\Digital Aviation

The system cannot find the file specified.

I've performed the Windows Registry Fixer and while installing Windows Defender is disabled. I have Windows 10.

Please correct me if I'm wrong (I mean it), but I thought our CRJ was released for only FSX/FSX:SE and P3DV4.  Did we include P3DV2 in the advertising?  I don't remember for sure, but I don't think we did and running in P3DV2 might have all sorts of issues.

Best wishes.

In your opening statement (below) you stated you have P3D v2. Version 2 is different that version 4.2.

Are you certain that you are on v4.2?
