this  is  one of the many  threads  that keep  coming  up  a  simple  search  would  have  found  your  many solutions,  yes  that is  the latest  one  at the  moment  so  your  up  to date

What is the date in your sim when the message is displayed on the CDU?

All the cases where this message is displayed is a mismatch between the date in the sim and AIRAC, the date in the sim being out of the validity period of the AIRAC.
