Aerosoft A320 Configurator saying FS2Crew is not installed

Hi, Can someone please help me. When I open the Aerosoft A320 Configurator it states that it appears that FS2Crew is not installed. It is installed but I saw that another message stated that I might not have the latest version of the configerator installed. I followed the path to the Hotfixes/Updates but could find no mention of it. My configerator has three tabs at the top and the middle one has FS2Crew, inside this tab it has three settings Disable FS2Crew, Button version and voice control version. Is this the correct configerator. If not where can I find the latest version.

If it is the latest version it states that I could have a common FSX Registry problem. I am using FSX Steam but the Airbus was purchased from Aerosoft directly.

Can someone please help me with this problem.

When you installed FS2Crew, did the installer correctly "auto-detect" where your FSX folder is?

FS2Crew needs to go in your main FSX folder, not any other location.
