Download help for 737

Dear PMDG,

I purchased the 737 on 3/28/18 and received my email conformation but never received any download link.  When I sign into my account and view my orders I see the purchase but no where on the receipt is there a download link of any kind.  I have submitted 7 tickets over the past 10 days and still have no product.  Could you please assist me with this problem.

I‘m no PMDG member but the downlod link is located below your order confirmation in your account... it‘s called download-URL I believe...

Where have you submitted tickets? I could not find a single ticket under your name in our support system. Regarding your question. The download URL as Marc wrote is in the email you received. You can also connect to the store with your account and download from going to view previous orders.

I will try and submit another ticket now.  I have signed on to my account every day and went to the my previous orders tab and checked but there is no download link.  In fact, where it says downloadable products its empty?
