FSX-MS Anyone have any experience with SimFlyer products?

I bought their clearance priced glx-efis and have been unable to run the exe installer. Every time I try it says I do not have permission and the file deletes itself. Also there is no support for this product. Waste of my money.

in all fairness after doing some research on the internet i disabled my anti-virus and disconnected from the internet. apparently my stupid anti-virus was deleting the file WITHOUT telling me. the gauge did install and to be honest it is very nice especially for $5. i used it to replace the non-functioning MFD in an abacus product that didn't work because i couldn't register the product even though i bought it and had a valid registration key.

i just don't understand why i can't get tech support for "cheaper" products from a number of companies - my money is as good as the "big spenders" money.
