I have been locked out of my account.

Dear Kevin, I have two accounts for two computers. I recently had a disk failure and ended up reloading a few times. I am now locked out. I have not been able get a message through using normal path provided.  Please unlock my accounts.  This account was purchased February 2,2017.   My second one on October 21,2017.  Thanks, Randall Williams.  (randvan@wideopenwest.com)
