When we see the app using a small amount of CPU - don't think "that won't hurt" - instead think that can work on less CPU. Keep them off the main Sim cores and we can see a decent result.

Remember that if we have a stable system and start mucking around with it, there may be some condition waiting to snag us. So tread carefully when altering AMs and application behaviour.

Another thing in the news is Admin vs non-Admin: If we have built a system up from one set of rules and it's stable leave as-is and maybe think about how things are going. Changing around may help solve one problem and surface another.

But with AMs we can't actually, really, make things stop working. Perhaps hamper the flow of things with goofy AMs, we don't get odd behaviour. If we see odd behaviour from changing AMs suspect something else is at fault.

Steve, I'm sure you have answered this again but can't find it now. Should we also move add-ons autostarted by Prepar3D out of the sim cores? In my case,  I'm talking for SODE, Navigraph Simlink, couatl, Utlilve..In such case I'd have to remove their xml entries I guess and add them to the .bat file.

Yes. You can move the exe.xml items but be sure to test them out if they are to be started before the sim in your .BAT They would start after the sim has started when using the exe.xml.

Thank you again very much Steve. I'll try that out :)
