I believe the serial number for the original version still works since it's an upgraded version.  Have you tried that?  If you logon to your account at PC Aviator and go to your order history, you will find the original version and the serial number.

Edit:  I was thinking of a different product.  My original order did not include a serial number for Bermuda.

Good news.  PCA sent my serial number for Bermuda this morning.  Thus, this support interaction was successful.
