It's the Northeast Dlc (about $10) which includes the state of New York and a detailed 3d model of the city and several surrounding airports: Jfk, Teterboro, Trenton, Newark Liberty, Laguardia, Bridgeport, Montauk, Somerset, Linden, Morristown Muni, Westchester County, Sussex, Lakehurst, Belmar, Stewart International, Monmouth, Long Island Macarthur... etc

The plane is stock, as are the clouds. Aerofly contains varying qualities of ortho scenery, which is to say higher resolution in DLC areas (states, generally) and lower quality for the rest of the earth. Some orthos are accompanied by limited 3d scenery as seen here for New York

Switzerland

Colorado

Utah

Nevada

Much larger areas are arriving soon from Orbx and Ipacs and others.
