No AI populating Airfield

Everything seems to be connected, but no aircraft are showing up.  Have error 81.  Does this prevent ai traffic?

You can look up error 81 in the Manual: It seems that the BVAI package is not activated in P3Dv4.  
Did you not use the BVAI Operations Center application? It will active the aircraft, you only have to say OK once when P3Dv4 starts and askes about BVAI ...

Two other problems I see in your log:

• You selected a ORBX Bob, a Pedestrian as vehicle... That is not possible, you need to select an aircraft in which you will fly or just stay on the ground somewhere.
• "302 liveries read from file BVAIP3Dv4\AI_liveries.txt "that is not correct it should read "1383 liveries ...". Is your BVAIP3Dv4\AI_liveries.txt corrupted? Maybe you should re-install PSXseeconTraffic.

Thanks.  Anyone have a copy of setup_PSX*.* prior to the last two update.   I think it was v9.35
