Unable To Apply Presets

I am receiving an error when applying presets within PTA. Please see the text from my PTA log(s).

I have uninstalled P3D v4.2 client, then re-installed. I have deleted the shaders files, to allow the program to rebuild them, and still the error persists. Here is my install log:
