April 28, 20188 yr Just saw a post by DD on FaceBook. A new version of this product, v1.1, has been sent to stores and should become available this weekend. Customers will be notified as soon as the new version is available. They stated the update is payware but owners of the previous verions will only pay the price difference. Features: - KSEA airport added - KPAE new passenger terminal added (with interior and SODE jetways) - KPAE new static aircraft (including Dreamlifter) - KRNT new static aircraft - Many little issues fixed Can't wait to see how this compares to T2G KSEA. I hear KSEA is the 2021 future version as construction is still in progress. April 28, 20188 yr Anxiously awating this update. From the preview shots I saw the other day of KSEA it looks to be very good. Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?
April 28, 20188 yr Author It’s now available on Simmarket. EUR 12.00 for previous owners. I plan on getting it just for the other updates beside the new KSEA. The new terminal at KPAE is worth it to me to be able to fly in and out of Paine Field. With all DD sceneries I can choose which options to install in case I want to stay with the T2G version. You are right, DD KSEA is an option as the other airports included as well. Since DD Seattle City X was installed in P3Dv4 it messed KPAE, KBFI, KRNT, leaving black squares around. Taxi2Gate KSEA is installed too but I had to rename the Seattle X scenery Sea_FT_SS.bgl file to off to resolve black squares from KSEA. I also had to add files from Seattle City X DEMO to resolve all the rest black squares. Then all black squares resolved. Now, I wonder the new DD KSEA can be a good chance to give a try. April 29, 20188 yr I got it and it's great. T2G is still a very good scenery, but I'll use this KSEA for awhile. There is a ton of attention to detail, and there are more airports included. The only issue I'm having is at KPAE i'm getting elevation issues. First it was mountains between taxiways, then I renamed KPAE.bgl in mytraffic and completely disabled T2G. April 29, 20188 yr Last night I purchased the DD Seattle Airports X v1.1 from Simmarket. I would say T2G is amazing scenery but DD is impressive with more animations. I installed DD in FSX and P3Dv4 (same machine). I noticed after installing without KSEA (I have the T2G in both sim) still the same black squares in KSEA and resolved by renaming the file Sea_FT_SS.bgl to off. So, it looks like DD is not compatible with Taxi2Gate KSEA definitely. Patricio Valdes
