I think it is an excellent product and all of the anomalies found in the past have been fixed.  The scenery is of higher quality than the old Orbx/FTX Pacific NW region for the Seattle area.  I still have Pacific NW installed and see no anomalies when going out of the DD area to the Orbx/FTX area.  Of course, all scenery is subject to the "eye of the beholder" and some will probably say I really have poor eyesight but I am really impressed with the scenery. 😎

I had my ear bent for a full evening of online flying about how marvelous Dresweski Dweseklecki Seattle etc is and how unstuttery it is I almost bowed to peer pressure. Then I saw your trials and tribulations. But you say it's good? Good enough for me.

I know I haven't mentioned it before, but you really should get Seattle X City and Seattle X Airports...the performance is really good, and they look great!
