non riconosce la mia email

dopo anni di acquisti su pdmg non riesco + registrarmi al loro sito esce =il tuo indirizzo email non appare nel nostro database clienti.

mai sostituiti i miei indirizzi posta su pdmg ,.la stessa cosa succede con richiesta tiket , x la richiesta di un nuovo tiket ho provato a registrarmi di

nuovo con  g mail  stessa cosa =  mail inesistente

Support language is english, mate. I am not sure if anyone at PMDG speaks italian.

PMDG have changed their shop system several months ago. If you have registered your email for the legacy addons for FS9 this might explain why your email isn't recognized anymore as those products aren't for sale anymore.

for the ticket system you have to register a new support account at https://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/. Your customer account is different from this.

PMDG needs all forum posts signed with your full name to be answered.

Ciò significa che è necessario creare un account. Il sistema di supporto e il sistema di acquisto sono account separati.

Che nome hai usato al momento dell'acquisto?
