ATC reports to me: "We don't have a Flightplan on file for you"

Dear forum participants

I load or create a flightplan and when I ask for clearance (after listening to the ATIS) ATC reports to me: "We don't have a Flightplan on file for you".

What could I do wrong (I have not found a evidence of this problem in this forum or in a tutorial)?

 

 Anyway: Pilot2ATC is a super great program; thanks Dave (and Co) for this great work!

You have to file the flight plan after it is created or loaded.  Once the flight plan is filed you can get your clearance.  If, during your flight, you make a change to the flight plan you will need to refile.

 I have now found the right way (the file button). And now I have no more problems with the ATC.
