What is "Say It Plus"?

I see this item, added in 2.5.0.3. This is not a facility I've seen before.

* Adds Hot Key to open SayIt Plus window

I'll try it later, but meanwhile it would be interesting to know whether it is useful to me so I can adjust my WideFS ButtonScreen and FSUIPC5 INI settings so I can use it from inside the cockpit.

SayIt Plus is a separate pop-up SayIt window that allows you to enter the values for the variables in a phrase before pressing SayIt.  You open it by pressing the ?+ button down in the SayIt area of the main P2A window.
