Can't download existing order.

I have tried to download and existing order for a reinstall and when I click on download it will not start to download. Order number 211848.

Any help would be appreciated.

When you click on the download link, be aware that there is another page with some information and a link at the bottom that says:
"Click here to download..."

Be sure to click that. That's caught me off guard a couple times.

The other idea is to try a different browser, or make sure your anti-virus program, or some other security software, is not preventing the download.

Thanks for the reply. Didn't see another page but was able to download it with Google instead of IE11.
