sometimes I forget to appreciate our hobby in all it's glory.  We have certainly come a long way!

Seems hard core simmers speak of eye candy as if it's an unnecessary or superfluous part of simming like chocolate cake after a meal. But really what glory would there be to aviation without the wondrous sights and sounds that bombard the sense's . Oh yea, the smell of jet A fumes in the morning.

I most certainly agree!  The smell of Jet A is absolutely addictive.
