Hi Simone

You don't say what aircraft you are using? 737, 747 or 777.

As we do not own the old original VRi MCP1, we are unable to provide a fully working configuration for that panel. You will have to assign the functions to the buttons yourself. Simply open the MCP Combo page and click on each button are assign the desired function from the PMDG 7X7 Module to suit your requirements.

Please I need help... MCP Combo 2 buttons do not work with PMDG 747 QOTS II with Linda. How can I get a working module? Other aircraft like 737 work fine???

Please read my post above yours. You need to assign functions from the 747 module to your MCP for it to work.
