How to rest the register number（737-800/900)

I’m new flight simulator flier, and I had bought the PMDG 737-800/900, and my registed number is over times, so how to rest my registed number.

Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.
Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

 

Did you bought it as a new or used copy?

 

You need to open a ticket with us via the support.precisionmanuals.com portal

Thank for help!, now I have changed my signature, so I had bought a new one, and I my PMDG account is same with this account.

Please open a ticket as requested via the support portal (support.precisionmanuals.com). The support portal is different from the eshop so if you have not open a ticket in the past you will be needing to register.
