VOXATC is easily the best option for both AI traffic and ATC. Unfortunately it is unforgiving of any problems with either airports or aircraft. Whereas P3d4 will just ignore a poorly constructed airport, VOXATC, primarily because its ATC is so close to real world ATC, usually just gives up without providing  the user as to what's happened.

Other than not networking VOXATC, I would also suggest that you consider using the freeware Alpha India Group (AIG) AI flightplans, models and paints. They now have an automatic installer for each airline, so one doesn't have to hunt the internet for models and liveries.
