Shift + E + 1 not working

When i do the above in controls P3D is changing it to Shift + 1 + E

I do not understand why its doing this?????

Can I safely assume you are pressing the Shift key and the E key and then letting go and pressing the 1 key separately?

I don't think I have ever used that key combination.  It's usually Shift+E, Shift+E+2, etc.

Awaiting the new Microsoft Flight Sim and the purchase of a new system.  Running a Chromebook for now! :cool:
