FSX-SE scerney issue

hey guys im trying to add new scerney to fsx steam but the problem im haveing is when i installed fsx the addon scerney folder is not showing up please i valedated the flies and they still dont show and also  will fs 2004 scereny work with fsx  please help thanks from triple777

I don't have FSX-SE and I think you may have to create the Addon Scenery folder.  Once again, I'm not sure of that.  I'll do some research.  Some FS2004 scenery will work in FSX.  I have one for KPDX and it works just fine.

ok so i installed the scerney it was the flight ontario cyhm hamilton  and the photo terrain and i launched it in fsx and it crashes pls help

OK, so this is the FS2004 scenery you were talking about?  Like I said, some scenery works and others don't.

Were you trying to start a flight at CYHM and that's when the crash occurred or was it flying into CYHM and you hit an invisible wall?  I'll give it a try.

UPDATE:  I tried it....It caused FSX to dissipate and die faster than flatulence in a windstorm!  A definite No-Go.
