Ground textures gets more blurry the further I fly

During the flight Autogen is reloading only few miles in front of the Aircraft. Every mile you can see spawing new autogen areas. It is very bad since 4.3

I haven't tried using external frame limiters via NCP or NI ... they are artificial limiters and don't accurately represent the actual "state" the monitor is in (it's timing signal) and hence the timing may vary a little from actual.  Vsync ON is always the preferred option provided your CPU/GPU is able to render frames fast enough so they are available for display (when the Vsync signal is triggered the GPU provides the frame). 

When a monitor finishes displaying a frame it will provide "Frame enable" signal (Vsync) to say "I'm done" which the GPU can detect and then provide the next frame.  Triple buffer option means that the GPU will keep rendering frames (even when no frame enable signal is yet provided) filling a 1st and 2nd back buffer continuously while it waits for the Frame enable signal (Vsync) from the monitor.  So with Triple Buffering when the monitor is ready and triggers it's Vsync signal (frame enable) a more up to date and accurate frame will be used to display ... this reduces what is known as "lag".  What often happens is people enable Triple Buffer hoping for smoother FPS but it actually triggers the opposite affect, this is because their system simply isn't fast enough to operate Triple Buffer.  

Triple buffering does use more VRAM (so if you are pushing your VRAM limits, don't use it).  However, since the GPU keeps processing these extra frames there will be more load, that's why I suggest that if one is using Vsync with Triple Buffer that there system can sustain at least 3 FPS or more above their monitors refresh rate.  In summary, use Triple Buffering with Vsync if you KNOW you have FPS to spare.  How do you know if you have FPS to spare, run Unlimited without Vsync and note your FPS values, if they are higher than your monitor refresh (by 3 or more) in worse case, then use Triple Buffering.

With Vsync ON and Triple Buffer OFF, it's important to note that the GPU will wait for the Frame enable signal (so your CPU/GPU load is reduced while it waits).

With Frame-rate limiter value (not Unlimited) you are artificially bound to a time-frame 0.33ms for 30 FPS or 0.16ms for 60 FPS, also note that FIBER_FRAME_FRACTION values are only relevant when a frame-rate limit is set in P3D, FIBER_FRAME_FRACTION is ignored when operating "unlimited" (with or without Vsync).

My guess is that any "artificial" external limiter provided by NCP or NI will filter the monitor's frame enable (Vsync) signal and provide a "fake" frame enable signal fooling the GPU (so for 60Hz monitor with 1/2 refresh, then every other frame enable signal is ignored/filtered out) ... all being done at the driver level.  So assuming the application (P3D) is able to use this filtered frame enable signal, it would appear to the application (P3D) as 30Hz.  So 60Hz monitor, NCP = 1/2 refresh, Vsync ON, TripleBuffer OFF, and Frame-rate UNLIMITED would be optimal when the monitor can't operate natively at 30Hz.  If you can't get NCP 1/2 refresh rate to work, then the alternate option is setting Frame-rate = 30.

Because external limiters are really software based and not physical frame enable (Vsync) signals there is going to be less accuracy/consistency vs. a true frame enable (Vsync) signal.

Long Thread.  Did anyone mention changing the SATA cables?

Sometimes these cables go bad.  It happened to me and I caught it super fast (it was during my pc upgrades).

Can someone help me? I got many problems with blurry textures during approach and late loading of autogen in v4.3. In 4.2 everything works fine.

No 😄 And i really don't know why there are 2 Graphics sections. I will delete the second one but is deleting the section a solution?

Do you a highly modified/tweaked cfg file? If not, you should backup your cfg file to a safe area, and then delete your cfg file,  & fire up P3D again. With that, it will regenerate a new clean cfg file. 

If you have any issues, your backup file is their for you to reference, etc. if necessary.

Also, be aware the 2nd section contains 2 display.device entries in it.

Yes, there are some tweks in cfg file but i will try to create a knew one first.

I can put some new tweaks in the new cfg aswell.

I created a new .cfg and the issue doesn't solved. After flying a few miles ground texture starts to blurry an autogen loads very very late
