I can not see the menu in any of my PMDG aircraft ( 777,747.NGX). When I activate the menu I get a black box where it should be for a second and then nothing.

You mean the FS2Crew Panels?

Send me a support ticket so I can confirm you own the 64 bit version of FS2Crew, not the old 32 bit version.

If the panels are black, it's usually because the user is trying to run 32 bit code in a 64 bit sim like P3D V4.

We solved this.

User had his "Transparency" slider option in P3D set to full transparent...  as a result, all 2D panel windows became see through.

 

same problem here, totally new version p3dv4 (juli 2018) and aerosoft new airbus 319 (juli 2018) i owned 2013 version fs2crew voice so, i got 5 euros return in downloading latest version now for 24.95 euros, but it is not working, fs2crew voice screens do pop up, but they remain black.

You cannot use the old FS2Crew Airbus with the new Aerosoft Airbus P3D v4 version.

We are working on a P3D v4 version.  You cannot run 32 bit apps (the old FS2Crew Airbus) in P3D V4, which is 64 bit.

Byork, OK but can i get a refund ? i just bought your latest version, because the FS2crew menu was appearing in my new P3DV4, the many comptability lists are very confusing, after all my purchase was not necessary... or do i have to wait and can i switch for the right version then ?
