Where is my chaseplane?

Hello, I have a problem with chaseplane. let me explain. I bought the product all is well, I receive an email to download vfxcentral that I install. I enter the key. and nothing happens ... chaseplane the cursor does not go green to say that the product is there, but where is it? 😕

I don’t fully understand your issue, ca you post screenshots of what you’re seeing?
