They haven't made a decision on this yet (at least not publicly) but I don't see why they would waste valuable time developing it for a dying 32 bit platform, when they already have a perfectly good version of the busses already working in FSX and earlier versions of P3D. Personally I'd rather if they spent their time developing for 64 bit platforms, (P3Dv4 and X Plane 11).
