Reinhard is still actively supporting Panel Builder but rarely seems to look at this forum. I noted from your previous post that you had an issue with some indicator lights. You are not using the latest version of Panel Builder. Download the latest version from www.simplugins.com 

Make sure that you uninstall your existing version before you install the new one. Make sure, in the case of X-Plane that the plugins in resources/plugins are removed.

I just bought panel builder, and when I request my activation code it tells me that the serial number has been assigned to another email address?  What gives?

Like the beginning comment in this post, I too have tried to get support and never an answer.  However I have used the support@simplugins.com.  I'v even tried to as if I could pay for the support, but still nothing.  I understand that when 1 person is doing all of the support for a software product, but come on  months go by without a peep.  Does it take a purchase of another product? 

Just let me know and I'll make a purchase.  One in particular is the A2A Cessna addon.  But before I buy it, I want to be assured I will get support.  I just need a direction.

We are actively supporting all of our products. I suggest you e-mail us for support (support@simplugins.com). We do not monitor the forum everyday. Also I do not get any notifications anymore when a new post has been created. This has happened previously.
