FTX Global Insertion Point

Hello,

I've recently purchased FTX Global & OpenLC, and looking to install both into my P3Dv4.3 environment. As I currently have Ultimate Terrain X installed (and wish to keep), what should I use as the insertion point for FTX Global? I'm thinking I should insert it right after the last UTX entry. My thought there is that the UTX items are higher detail than the Orbx terrain textures. Thoughts?

Once that is done, should the Orbx Landclass also be installed following the UTX vector entries? My plan is to disable the UTX landclass entries from within their setup tool, leaving Orbx OpenLC to handle all of the landclass, and leaving UTX to handle the vector data.
