Have you unchecked 'detailed precipitation' in your Options/Graphics/Weather settings?  For rain it should be 'unchecked' and 'checked' for snow.

There is no such option to uncheck for rain and check for snow. I see only one option Detailed Precipitation, unless I am looking at the wrong place.

Do I have to check precipitations type every time I fly and if it is raining I need t uncheck it, and if it is snow I need to check it back, correct?

What I mean is - if you are experiencing snow in the sim, then check the 'detailed precipitation' box.  If you have rain conditions, then uncheck it.
